Before you book
We talk through your experience, dates and the services you need.
Before you arrive
You review a written itinerary and quotation, with inclusions and extras explained.
Your time in Nepal
Guiding and local logistics follow your confirmed itinerary. Ask us about the team assigned to your route.
Tell us your dates and preferred trek. We can discuss a private trip or published group departures, and confirm room arrangements and any single-room supplement in your quotation.
Do I need trekking experience?
It depends on the route. Compare walking days, altitude and difficulty, then tell us about your recent walks. We’ll discuss whether the itinerary and pace fit your experience.
Can I choose my own dates?
Yes, you can request a private trip around your dates. We confirm availability, the route and a quotation before you book. Published group departures are listed separately.
When should I come?
The four treks compared here list March–May and September–November as their best seasons. Conditions vary by route and year. Check the individual itinerary and discuss your dates with our team.
What will accommodation be like?
The trekking packages shown here include mountain lodges. Kathmandu hotels, room arrangements, meals and any upgrades depend on your chosen package and are confirmed in your quotation.
Is a booking request a confirmed place?
No. Sending a request does not take a payment or confirm a place. We check availability and send payment instructions; your place is confirmed after availability and the advance receipt are verified.
What happens if flights or plans change?
Weather and flight disruption can affect the route and add costs. Discuss contingency days before arranging international flights, and review the cancellation terms for your chosen trip.
